First Grade for Adam Fourth Grade for David in a Pandemic

Every Friday Adam gets to have a Fun Friday in his class.  Adam looks so forward to the 15-20 minutes of craft time each week and we look forward to his crafts.

Also, because Angie is working just at one campus this year - she asked to be with the boys.  So 1-2 times a week she gets to see the boys at lunch or in the hallways or their classrooms.

Also, David ran for student council this year and won a 4th grade chair.

Adam's Thanksgiving Turkey

Adam loved coming in each morning to his classroom and seeing how much his seeds grew.

Angie gets to see Adam at recess some days too.

David bought himself his own tie this year.

Adam's teacher sent me the sentence he wrote during phonics... I use my stuffed animal.  She cuddles with me with I am scared.

Adam is thankful for his stuffed animals, food, friends, dog, tv - family didn't make the list.

One night when David was doing his tutoring on line, Angie was working and Greg was working Adam decided to also set up an office space right in front of the fireplace with his computer.

David saw Angie in the hall and ran to the door to say hi!

Adam has received several awards from his teacher this year.

Adam's teachers sent this picture of him on book character day.  They read outside on Friday's - Adam looks like a lone wolf reading in the woods...

Thanksgiving 2020

The flamingos in our neighborhood had a Thanksgiving Feast this year.  The boys thought it is was so funny each day when we walked by...

Thanksgiving morning we had our own Turkey Trot in our neighborhood... Adam rode his bike.

We went to Gram and Grandad's on Thanksgiving day and the boys chipped golf balls with their cousins...

Aunt Nancy did some swinging...

We celebrated Thanksgiving with Mimi and Ed on Sunday...

And ended Thanksgiving with the traditional cousin Thanksgiving picture.

A Visit with Santa

We visited with Santa early this year.  We also went to a different Santa workshop than we have ever visited.  Covid had us between Santa and Plexiglass... but the boys were still able to talk with Santa.

 We hope that their wishes come true!
