Belated Father's Day

Because we didn't get in from Colorado until 3:00am on Father's Day we didn't feel like we gave Greg a proper celebration.
So, Saturday night we wanted to celebrate the man that works so incredibly hard every single day.  He gets up early and comes home late.  Many times we are all still laying around when he leaves and when he returns.  And he never ever complains.
We love you Greg.  Thank you for giving so much to all three of us.

Father's Day

Poor Greg didn't get much of a celebration because of exhaustion.
But Angie did get up after 4 hours of sleep and went to Greg's favorite coffee shop.  She brought him his favorite coffee with 4 shots of espresso and a donut.
She also tried to make a cake - it didn't turn out.  But he tried to be nice in a sarcastic way about it.

Colorado - Day 5

Saturday was a travel day for us.  WE had a slow morning.  Greg went on a run and brought home donuts.

David wanted to do a little more shopping - he was looking for a leather belt... we had to compromise on a women's adult belt, but he doesn't seem to care.

On our way to the airport Greg received a text that our flight had been cancelled.  WE pulled over into a parkig lot on the side of the freeway.  For an hour Greg tried to get us on another flight.  We were on a flight, but 6 hours after we thought we would be on a place.

So, Greg found a near by park.  After about an hour the boys and Angie were tired and hot and headed to the airport.

 The Denver airport was just remoldled and had a great area for families.  The cool open air, miniature golf, and corn hole kept us busy for hours.  We made lots of new friends too - most that had traveling siutations much worse than hours.

 A rainbow appeared and we decided it was time to head through security and find something for the boys to eat.

 

 We arrived back at home around 3:00am on Father's Day
It was a trip to remember for a long long time!

Colorado Day 4

Friday morning we drove from Florissant to Breckenridge for one night.

Friday was opening day of the Epic Adventure Park.  This was a request of Angie.  IT turns out the boys would have rather stayed at the ranch.  Greg says good to know for next year...

 But we went immediately and had a second trip.

 

 Waiting in line for the Roller Coaster and the park closed because of weather.  We didn't get on the roller coaster.  Not knowing if the park we reorder Greg went to ask about refunds.  The boys couldn't get a refund, but they did give Greg and I $16 each back. 

 Waiting and waiting and waiting...

 The park reopened.  The boys were able to still do some things, but Angie and Greg couldn't because we took $16.00 back for the rest of the day.
So, the boys did a Ropes Course...

 and looked for souvenirs.

 WE picked up a sweet treat

And had a movie night.  Adam was so happy for television again.
