Fall Break

Adam joined Angie for an HEB trip and ended up with a sword...

David made treats for the neighbors,

Adam's 5th grade Apex Obstacle run

Adam had his last Obstacle Course Elementary run.

He got all of his laps in halfway through the race.  He ran hard and had fun!

David's 8th Grade District Cross Country Meet

David placed second out of 50 runners in the middle school Cross Country District meet.

He finished just behind his best friend, Jake, who placed first.

We are so proud of his hard work.

Adam’s Style

 This sweet little guy got boots from Cousin Lila a few weeks ago.  He has been wishing, hoping, and asking to wear them to school.  They are too big, a little clunky, and Angie has been saying no.  But today, this face, she just couldn't say no.  He wore the boots to school today.

McNeil Invitational

 David ran for his middle school in a large cross country meet Saturday from teams all over the state. In the middle school division, a little over 350 runners, David placed 9th. He ran at 12:30 in the afternoon, the temps were over 100 degrees, and he has an injury, he taught us about perseverance.

We celebrated with his team at Hat Creek after the race.

Little brother always waiting... and he does not enjoy this heat.

Not quite, but close! David ran the course in under 12 minutes.

David saw some running friends from his Thunder Track team there from other schools...
