Christmas at Gram and Grandad's

The day after Christmas can be a let down for some... but for our family we have more celebrating to do.  The boys had another big Christmas from Gram and Grandad....  It is nice not having to rush and being able to enjoy cousins and Grandparents for an extra day.

 Adam said. " I really wanted this!"

 Lila is a little mermaid...

 Greg received a new lantern for camping...

 Gram and Grandad got a personalized calendar from the grandkids...

 David got a truck he really wanted...

 So much Joy!

 Adam went to the playroom and found toys Gram already had that were just as fun as his new toys...

 Their favorite - Chick-Fil - A

 They went to play outside after presents with some of their new toys, but it was too cold!

 So back in for more fun...

 And yes, Joy, David's hamster came with us.

 Towards the end of the day it was time to burn off some energy.  Gram and Grandad had their annual money drop...

 

David and Adam already went to the pet store with Gram and purchased some things for Joy with their money!

So much fun at Christmas.

Christmas Day 2017

How fortunate we are to have time to spend with our families.  And the Christmas morning excitement of little people is the best gift of all.
We woke up Christmas morning before the boys... Angie didn't want to miss them coming down the stairs first thing on Christmas.
The stockings were filled

 And Santa left Adam a telescope, remote control rhino car, and a toy computer...

 Santa left David a hamster and all of the supplies and a BB gun...

 Waiting on the boys...

Adam was up first...

Then David...

The boys explored their Santa presents for a bit...

 Then it was time to check their stockings...

 After that it was time for gifts from each other and Mama and Daddy...

 The boys made these for Greg...

 And then it was time to play while Angie and Greg packed up the car to head to Houston.

 Our first stop in Houston was one of Angie's uncles....

 Gram with her siblings...

 Cousins...

 And more gifts...

After a long and full Christmas day we headed to Gram and Grandad's to sleep and of course for more Christmas fun.
