Riverfest

 We attended our church Riverfest again this year.  David was a volunteer in the haunted house.  Angie was a candy runner.  Greg took Adam around to the booths and games.  It was a very fun family night.  The next morning Greg and Angie were so tired that they made a family decision to watch church online.  the boys were so upset that we were not going back to church on Sunday morning... it is a special thing to have your children wanting to be at church.

Riverbend Pumpkin Patch

We decided to go small this year for the pumpkin patch.  We didn't go to our normal big pumpkin patch trip with hayrides, petting zoo, and kid activities.  We made a trip to our church pumpkin patch before church... and enjoyed some extra time picking out pumpkins.

 

Red Ribbon Week

There were spirit days for red ribbon week at both boys' schools... they were different for each of the boys. Angie only remembered to capture dress up one day - David had western day and Adam had crazy socks.  It was a fun week.

 

Old Town Trunk or Treat

 Mimi helped us this year and took Adam to Trunk or Treat.  Angie was at class and Greg needed to take David to track.  

Celebrating Angie

Gram, David, and Mimi all made cakes for Angie's birthday.  It was a fun weekend of celebrating Angie.

 

Holly’s Fourth Birthday

Holly Turned 4!  The boys were very excited about Holly turning 4. They each bought her a gift with their own money.  Adam chose an automatic moving ball, so that he doesn't have to throw the tennis ball for her.  David chose a stuffed lamb, similar to the one he sleeps with, so that he and Holly both sleep with a "Lamby."  Holly enjoyed both new toys.

They also planned a part for her.  They made handmade invitations and delivered them to the neighbors on our street with dogs.

David made Holly a cake and Adam planned activities and games for the dogs to participate in.

It was a fun afternoon of celebrating Holly.

National Night Out

It was a fun night at the park for National night Out with our neighbors and police officers.  The boys were hoping Jake would be on patrol this night in our neighborhood, but he was patrolling in a different neighborhood.  We are ready for Jake to be in our neighborhood.
