Both boys had a great soccer season. They improved and David scored a few great goals. Adam assisted his team and was a very controlled dribbler and passer.
WE are proud of these two and how hard they play!
Mimi and Ed came to almost every game. And Gram and Grandad came to two of each boys game... including their last ones. We had a great season!

David's School Projects
David had an animal research home project. He had to choose an animal, research specific questions, and then build the animal and make it stuffed. He chose a Swordfish. Grandad helped a little with the design, but David did most of this on his own.
Also, the day before the animal research project was due David had his second grade living museum. He chose to research George Washington... because he was the FIRST president, and according to David first is best.
David had to make a timeline of his life, write a book about him, draw a portrait and had a slideshow presentation. He were impressed. He also had to have at least three sources sited.
David had lots of visitors at the museum...
Mama was there too, but no one took her picture.
Megan, his really close friend, was Helen Keller.
We had everyone from Jane Goodall, to Mo Willems, to Marie Curie, to Albert Einstein.... it really was so impressive.

David's Bug Play
David was in his second grade musical last Thursday night. It was really cute. He had a speaking part... he was the dragonfly. But the were an army of ants, a ladybug chorus, and lightning bugs that were also very fun to watch. Over all the second graders really did well... and it was a super fun night!
These three were all Ready Rockets together!
