Fourth of July

Happy Fourth of July... this year the boys opted for Super Hero shirts for their Fourth attire.

Friday afternoon, after we went to Blue Hole, Angie And David mowed the yard.  Angie found a frog by the pond...
And David left his mark in the front yard.  We were getting ready for Greg's family the next day.
Angie made a "Cowboy Caviar" dip...
And her first ever peach cobbler.

Saturday morning Adam decorated
his bike with Greg for the neighborhood bike parade.  David said he was too old.  Angie didn't buy any decorations, but Greg got creative.  He used foil, paper plates, and duck tape - along with some lights from Mimi to get Adam's bike parade ready.

Greg's family came over Saturday evening for snacks and fireworks...

Kayla brought her roommate

The boys loves fireworks - jut likeGreg.

Sunday morning, the actual 4th, we started with church.  Adam was proud to get a red glow bracelet from his teacher so he had red, with his blue and white.

Sunday afternoon Greg and the boys went fishing and Angie went to HEB.

We finished the night with burgers - but it was raining so Angie just made them in the kitchen.
Happy 4th.

Blue Hole

We had a great time today at Blue Hole.  We went with our friends and the older boys spent 4 hours jumping off the the rope swings.  The little siblings spent time on floats pulling each other, chasing fish and eating snacks.  It was a perfect day with friends.
