November at School

Fifth grade made tie-dyed t-shirts for mixtures and solutions!

David's teacher let kids get Kona Ice at recess, sometimes there are perks to being oldest in the school.
Before and after school the boys spend time in Angie's office and many times they create art!

David's class earned "twin day"  Each class member was given a twin and then they decided what they would wear to be" twins" they also earned Kona Ice.

David ran his first cross country race and it was in Tomball. So, Aunt Christie, Uncle Brian, Luke, Lila Gram and Grandad all met us at the meet to cheer him on.  He was looking very forward to his cheering section!!

Still smiling!
almost at the finish, up hill!

He was so fast from this point to the finish line that no one got a photo of the finish... he was too fast!
Lila and Luke kept Adam very entertained.

The cheering section!
So proud of David for trying something out of his comfort zone!
Gram and Grandad came with gifts - shirts from Dollywood, their latest adventure.

Luke and Lila's Birthday

We traveled to Houston to celebrate Luke and Lila!  They turned 15 and 11, which really just seems impossible.Uncle Brian took the kids to the deer lease before the party while Aunt Christie got the house ready for guests.

Big Thinker Award

At school Adam got the Big Thinker Award.
" Adam is always thinking how to make things bigger and better than they already are.  Whether it be the addition of "Funny Fridays" and his witty jokes, or his incredible way of turning nothing into something during "Think Outside the Box."  Watch out Mr. Disney, Adam is in town!  Adam we are so lucky to work alongside you!

Hanging out at Home - Sleepovers and Friends

November started with friends and fun!

After school the boys play on the playground while Angie works in her office - her window looks out onto the playground.

David found a kite in a closet Angie was cleaning one afternoon... he is able to fly it well.  We think Uncle Jason bought this for him when he was really little.

Adam decided to make his own kite.

David and his friend Carter decided to have a playdate to work on their research project... Egyptian Mythology.
One afternoon the boys spent hours playing Play-Dou
The boys had friends over for dinner...

And November began with a season of fun.
