Adam's Second Visit with James

Adam was able to bring his class bear home again last week.  And he loved it!  He took James EVERYWHERE.  He woke up and changed James' clothes every morning.  It was so much fun to watch Adam with James this visit.  He definitely was much more into having James visit the second time.
On Monday - Adam and James went to work with Mommy...

 Then it was time to go to Target and Adam changed James' clothes to match Adam's.

 Then it was time to pick up David from the bus stop.  We took Hazel on a walk too...

 David and Megan said hi to James because they were both Ready Rockets.

 Then it was time go to sleep...

 Tuesday morning we took David to school.  Then it was time for Adam to go to school. 

 James stayed at Mimi's and rested and ate snacks.

After school James went to soccer practice with Adam.

 Wednesday Adam was picked up from school early to go to Kindergarten Tours.

 He even met a kindergarten teacher... who has known Adam since before he was born!

It was a great visit with James.

Greg is terribly busy, but always makes time to create memories with the boys!

Easter Weekend 2019

Friday Angie and the boys were out of school.  After running a couple of errands they had friends over.  David thought it was amazing that his friends were her ALL DAY!  WE took a run/bike ride up to school to play on the playground.  They wanted to tell all of their friends that they went to school on their day off.

The boys received an Easter Package from Gram and Grandad!

 

Friday night we dyed eggs...

 David's teacher taught him how to use rubber bands to make designs.

 Saturday we had two soccer games and two Easter hunts.
Adam had an 8:00 game.  So we left straight from his game to go to our church Easter Extravaganza.

 And this is how we will remember Adam... anytime one of us bends down to talk to him... he sits just like this.  Always.

 Then it was off to David's soccer game.  Straight after his game we met friends at their church for another egg hunt.

 The boys were so hot so we came home and went to the pool...

 After showers Greg grilled in the back yard while the boys played... and they found this...

Happy Easter...

 Easter morning the boys were up before 5:30... but we made them waight until 5:30 before we got up with them...

 We hunted eggs in the dark...

 Then it was time for church...

These two were so happy all morning!

 We stopped at a BBQ restaurant close to church, on the lake, and it wasn't crowded, for lunch.

 After lunch we stopped by Mimi and Ed's...

After Mimi and Ed's we went back to the pool... the Easter bunny left new goggles so we had to try them out!

We had such a fun weekend and it was terribly hard to think about going back to the real world on Monday!
