Neighborhood Santa

In our previous neighborhood Santa was driven down the streets on a Saturday morning on top of a fire truck.  Then there was a breakfast with Santa, that was really crowded, at the community center.  This year we live in a smaller neighborhood and Santa was driven to the amenity center in a Gator.   David was slightly taken back as we woke him from his nap in time to see Santa.  He visits our new neighborhood in the afternoon during nap time.
 Santa arriving...
David getting a good look at Santa as he makes his way through the crowd of excited children
then he saw this coming...  train rides while you wait for your turn to talk with Santa!  David said this was even better than talking to Santa
he rode with one of our neighbors, David's first ride without Mommy or Daddy around
 off they go
 he loved it!
Next up, hot chocolate and cookies as we wait in line to talk with Santa, David shared his cookies with Mommy.  He opted for no hot chocolate, but Mommy and Daddy had a little.
He Loved Santa, and Santa loved him too!
 A candy cane treat:)

and another ride on the train, here is David waiting at the train stop for the train to pull in
all aboard, David made it as the last train was pulling out of the station:)
Merry Christmas

  1. Wow! That looks really fun! I bet that was exciting to see that train coming down your street. And riding by himself!! He's growing up so fast.
