38 Months

Today sweet David turns 38 months.  He is such a little thinker and conversationalist.  He is incredibly imaginative in his play.  He still has his imaginary dog - Bagel and dragon - Dusty.  He loves pretending to be a super hero with his strong super power.  He enjoys others to play with and loves to be outside.  Here are a few pictures of David at the park this morning after Stroller Strides.

And this is a conversation that happened in the car last week.
In the car David is watching Curious George and George is at an apple orchard...
David: Can I go to an apple orchard and pick apples?
Angie:  Well, we don't have apple orchards in Round Rock, but we do have a farm that we could go pick strawberries.  It is too late this summer, but we could go next summer.
David: Did God tell us not to pick the apples?
Angie: No God did not tell us we could not pick apples - That was Adam and Eve.  And yes, when Angie began to answer this questions she was not quite up to speed with David's question until the middle of her response.
David is such a little thinker trying to make sense of his world!  Oh how we love him!
