Christmas Tradition

The weekend after Thanksgiving we cut down our own Christmas tree.  We began this tradition our first year of marriage - so this was our 12th year to cut down a tree, at the same farm, and as usual we had a great time.  We decided to stop on our way in from Houston to give us a break from the car.

First up we stopped to see the animals...

 Then it was time for the hayride out to the trees...

 And we are off to find the perfect tree... it was windy, but not cold.

 Found it!  We decided to go small again this year - and we are happy we did.

 After paying for our tree we took some time to play!

Now we need to decorate!
