Day four was for Hollywood Studios. This was a big day because of Star Wars Land. The week we were there the que stopped for being able to make an appointment for the big attraction, Rise of the Resistance. So, we were expecting really long lines. However, Magic Hours were reinstated on this very day, so we were able to get into the park because we were staying at a Disney Resort, an hour early... and on the rides 30 minutes before other guests. And it was wonderful. We were able to get an early bus, get to the front of the line, and ride Rise of the Resistance 2 times. These boys are such early risers that it was not a problem to get going.
Adam wanted to bring his sword from Animal Kingdom, but he was told a big NO on that.
On our way to Hollywood Studios and David spotted an ad for Hollywood Studios on our bus.
First ones in the park... no crowd!
We made it back to Star Wars Land... third row back from the line drop isn't bad.
These boys studied the park map...
And then Adam asked for paper and a pen... he made a list -
1. pee
2. poop
3. diarrhea
4.barf
5. terd
6.made up
7. made up
8. fart
9. toot.
10 cut cheese
11. sneezing our the wrong end
thankfully the list came to an end as we were able to walk with cast members to Ride of the Resistance.
Entering the Ride!
Listening to our Mission!
Here we go!
SO MUCH FUN!
Before getting on the next Star Wars Ride, Smugglers Run. This was a favorite of Adam's. We were all given a job, David was the piolet and Adam was the Letuinent. We were in a space craft and fighting - couldn't be any better. We were able to ride this twice also. Then Adam and Daddy needed a bathroom break. It was still so empty because the park was only open for Magic Hours. David looked in the shops in the market... love this shot of him!
Then it was time for the Droid Depot. The boys were able to make their own droids...
first choose the parts you need...
Then go to the assembly station...
Then test the droid...
Outside of Droid Depot there is a spot to drive your Droid with other droids. We came back here about 4 times during the day... the boys LOVED this so much!
Even Chewbacca wanted to watch!
More exploring of Star Wars Land...
Before Heading to Lunch! On the way we saw Minnie, Mickey and Pluto.
After lunch it was time for Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway. This was a fun ride, in the theater behind us. The boys asked for family pictures with their Droids.
Then we headed back through Star Wars Land, this looks fake it was such a perfect day, over to Rockn' Roll Rollercoaster. This was Greg's favorite ride. Adam and Angie ended up in the last car again... this was all in the dark, upside, down, fast, and rough. We didn't love it as much as Greg.
Then back through Star Wars land for a little more Droid driving on our way to Toy Story Land...
We ride the alien spinners and Slicky Dog. This was a great ride. We all really enjoyed Slinky Dog. Highly recommend.
Greg and David went over to Tower of Terror and Adam had a little snack.
We headed into Sci-Fi Diner. We were tired, but had a good meal on our last night of vacation.
The light parade went by as we were getting reading for bed in our room...
It was a Magical Day!
