For Christmas David received a Smart Watch From Gram and Grandad. It is pretty neat. The watch has games built in, along with digital time and analog time. But he is also able to take video and pictures. David has a camera that Aunt Christie gave to him a few years ago, but this is great because he always has it with him. Here are a shots of the world through David's eyes.

Oreo's Second Visit
Oreo came back to visit last weekend. David loves bringing his class pet home. Part of the project is journaling his weekend. Here are David's words from Oreo.
Thursday after school David took me to Safari Champ for a playdate with Jayden. It was cold! David tried to keep me warm.
After Safari Champ we went straight to karate. The last time David brought me he was a yellow belt. Now he is an orange belt.
When we got home David made me a little pallet to rest. We were tired. I felt nice and warm.
After dinner David took me upstairs to bed. I wore his shoes.
On Friday I went to Mimi and Grandpa Ed's house with David. Mimi took us to the library.
Inside there is a Jeep to play on. I got to drive.
At the library we listened to stories.
And made a craft.
Saturday David took me to his little brother's soccer class. His name is Adam and he is 19 months old. Before class started David ran with me on the field.
It was fun.
On Sunday David took me to church. We helped his mom volunteer at the check-in desk.
Sunday night we went to Mimi and Grandpa Ed's for Sunday night dinner. On Monday David took me to workout with his mom.
I can't wait to visit another friend in David's class.

Boy Humor
Angie will never understand it - but these two can make each other laugh all day long!
And yes, Adam will now bring us a Pull-Up and say "Hat On Please."

At Home
We have had fun hanging out around the house. Here are a few snapshots of our first few weeks of 2015.
Don't all brothers follow each other into their parents closet and sit on their Daddy's guitar to brush their teeth?
Really this is how Angie found them one night... They even brush the same.
Under the weather - but still so sweet!
He loves to build just like David!
Our Little writer!
Angie left the boys playing in David's room to go down stairs and start dinner. When she returned David was in the playroom. When she asked where Adam was David replied," I don't know." Angie peeked back into David's room and found Adam in David's sink with the water on!
Really Good Friends!
Who happen to be brothers!
Jumping off of furniture - what all big brothers need to teach little brothers.
An early morning - always at out house - These two love our bed.
How many drinks do you have at dinner?
3 or
2?
Silly times with Mama - Happy Face
Surprised Face!
Time with the boys - Priceless.

Pink Bear
When we visited Angie's sisters' family in early November Adam picked up our nieces pink lovely and never put it down. So, at Thanksgiving we tried giving Adam a new blue lovely. He tried "Blue Bear" out for a while, but ultimately he was left in the dust and pink bear was back with us - everywhere we went.
So, Aunt Christie found a blue lovey that looked just like the pink one. We showed it to Adam, from a picture on the computer, he kept saying pink bear pink bear! So, she ordered it. The order showed up on Angie's phone. When Adam saw it on Angie's phone he took the phone and began to have a conversation saying, "Hello, pink bear." "Good Bye Pink Bear." HE never seemed to notice the color was different.
So it finally arrived and this was the reaction!
Thanks Aunt Christie!

Workout Buddies
It is fun to exercise with these two clapping and cheering you on. David loves to yell, "Faster Mama, You can do it!" And Adam claps and claps! These two - nothing better!

Conversation with David
In the car...
David: Mom God is the biggest person in the world
Angie: Well, he is powerful
David: Mom you said powerful. I said big. Were you even listening?
In the car...
David: Mom, you know when you sell your money? I am going to do that.
Angie: Well, I don't sell money. I buy things with money.
David: You don't give money away.
Angie: Sometimes, I use money to buy things and sometimes Mommy and Daddy do give our money away. We give it to our church and we give it to families that need things and cannot afford to buy what they need.
David: I am going to give my money away too.
Angie: That is so nice - that is called being generous David. Yes, I am going to do that. I am going to buy things for Adam.
Love that his little world is Adam!
In the car:
David: Mom can I have a sleep over?
Angie: Who is coming?
David: Mickey, Nash, and Jack
Angie: OK
David: And we can all sleep in the play room on the couch bed, but not the way Gram and Granddad sleep. I will put the pillows out. And two people can sleep like Gram and Granddad. And three people can sleep sideways.
Angie: (thinking about correcting that math but lets it go)
David: And we can have a cookie right before bed. And cookies are sugar right?
Angie: Yes
David: So then we would have to brush our teeth, right?
Angie: Yes
David: And then after we sleep we can wake up and play right in the play room
Angie: Sounds fun - when are you having this sleepover?
David: Tomorrow
Angie: Wow - that is quick. We may have to work this out a different day...
David: Yes, because it is going to be a fun party!
( not sure this is really going to happen any time in the next couple of years - but boy does David want a sleep over)
Nash, Mikey, and David (we are missing Jack in this one)
