Yesterday while making David's breakfast Angie slipped two pieces of bread in the toaster.
Conversation #1 -
Angie - Oh it looks a little dark - is it too dark for you?
David: Mom its fired - we need to start over.
(We think he meant burnt)
Conversation #2
David: I will spread butter and cinnamon on my bread
Greg: You are lucky you are the only kid with sugar for breakfast
David: ITs not sugar - Daddy does not understand his words.
Playing after school today with Angie
David: Mom where is my yellow hot rod with flames on it?
Angie: I am not sure you were playing with it last night with Daddy
David: Oh yea, he took it to work
Angie: Daddy took your car to work?
David: yes - we have to tell Daddy NO PLAYING WITH CARS AT WORK!
Angie: What should Daddy be doing at work?
David: Working fixing people!
Yes, those are sweet memorable conversations. And, such insight into little ones' thinking.

I had to reread conversation #2...he didn't say sugar did he? Smart boy:) Love the way he thinks. He has a good idea of what Greg does too.
