Christmas Memories

This Christmas we have slowed down and enjoyed being home with each other during the season.  Greg is working a lot!  The boys and Angie are having fun during the day and sharing our fun with Greg at night!

The boys helped wrap this year.  It is fun to see their excitement over the gifts that they wrapped.

 

 Elfie has been here again this year.  David waked up around 3:00 every morning to find out where Elfie has moved.  He loves Elfie so much.
Adam hasn't really paid much attention or cared about Elfie - until this particular morning.  Elfie used Adam's horses to pull his sleigh... Adam was not at all happy about that!

 Morning snuggles on the couch for an entire week.  The best thing about this break is that the boys have time to relax, play and enjoy each other every morning.

 And the other great thing - David is back at Stroller Strides with us!  We miss having him around each day.  It was like old times this week... the three of us  - Mama, David, and Adam.  Simple days make the best memories.

-just an aside... David wrote his entire name completely backward.  And even though this is very common David has never done this before.  And he did not even notice - even when I pointed it out.  Not sure if it is because he was writing with a glue bottle... just something to note.  Our big boy still does little boy things and we are perfectly happy about that!

Favorite Christmas Decoration Additions...

This year we didn't add a new ornament from each boy... although Adam did make two., one at school and one at Stroller Strides.

These additions are both from when each boy was/is three.

Adam is the blue angel and David the red.  These are crafts from preschool.

 

 And these camel handprints are from preschool as well both made at the age of three.
David's is on the top left and Adam's the bottom right.
