Field Day 2020 - Kindergarten and Third Grade

Yesterday was field day at the boys school.  Adam was very excited!  David was disappointed because most events he was not allowed to participate in because of his broken arm.
We all three had fun and enjoyed a gorgeous day outside!
Adam is ready to start his first event!
 Ms. Warner is so excited!
 Angry Birds Bowling...

 Three Legged Race

 Tog of War

Relay Race

 T-Ball
 Obstacle Course - his favorite

 "Wrecking Ball"

 Corn Hole

 Basket Ball

 Lunch Time in the Garden
David's field day was in the afternoon.  He started with lunch in his classroom...
His principal's daughter was volunteering and David couldn't wait to see her!
Friends!

He tried the obstacle course - but it bothered his arm trying to climb... so he only did it once.

Wrecking Ball - which he loved and could do without pain...

He tried ring toss, but was frustrated trying to throw with his left hand...

He tried Angry Birds Bowling with his right - it bothered him...

So, we left school before field day was over.  Which was a treat also.
Because David could not participate in many of the activities he decided on his own to bring a camera and be the photographer.
Here are the shots he captured:
Mama and Adam before school...
 Classmates...

 Relay Races...

 Basket Ball
It was a great day!
