Christmas Eve

We felt very fortunate to have the opportunity to attend church in person.  Austin was put under stage 5 restrictions as of Wednesday, but churches were not asked to close.  Of all the years -we really needed to be in church this year.    In a year that has felt so dark and sad - we have a God that has walked in the flesh and felt our pain.  What a miracle the birth of our savior is and what peace only He can bring.

Heading to Church!

Mimi, Gwen and Aunt Melissa came with us this year to church... Ed wanted to stay at home.

Church felt so empty... there were 5 services not even half full... hoping next year all that want have a seat inside.

David made reindeer food at school.  He shared it with Adam... and they made sure to leave plenty.

Adam made a special cookie for Santa with a big A on the top... we won't tell Adam, but Holly ate it when we took him up to bed.

David saw Holly eat that cookie so he put out another for him and for Adam...

It took hours for David to fall asleep with all of the anticipation for the morning... Christmas is still magical here!
