We had a full day of fun on the first day of winter break. David invited his friend Jonah to go bowling. Then after lunch at Chick-Fil-A Jonah and David rode bikes in the neighborhood and picked up Megan to play all afternoon. Adam had his friend Oliver over for a few hours.
Then our neighbors brought the boys Christmas gifts. They immediately opened them and got busy playing and reading until 7:30 - when they were both ready for bed.
It was a full and fun first day of break.
As cousin Luke said about the first day of Christmas break, "Best Day Ever!!" and looks like the House's had a wonderful first day, too!!
