Moments from September

David's class named themselves the Froggies - Ms. Spencer made the cutest portrait of each child in the way he/she wated to pose.  The next week this classroom was dissolved and all of the children were moved to different classrooms... this has been a really hard move for these children. This is the third year of interrupted learning for every single fifth grade - it is hard to make gains with a fragmented education.
Adam's class celebrated Growing like Beanstalks as Readers.  He made his own Beanstalk with all of the books he read already as a second grader.

When you get to school early there are perks - sometimes it is the rock wall...

When your friend invites you over to play - you get all geared up!
Adam taoght his class what is needed to be a "Good Egg."

David started Kids Club at church and the first month was a Nerf War

Both boys earned Pajama Day at school this month

Adam and his bestie Oliver were showing off the emoji's they made in art...

Adam tried on his friend Luke's football gear.
Resting his Oliver at recess...
Boys at recess - Boys in the wild as Adam's teachers says.
Adam earend a desk pet, which he loves to play with on Fun Friday's. He named it Karl.
Brothers!
They both still dress up!

Adam's class does a huddle on the way out of the door each afternoon!
Adam made his own cozy reading corner...
The boys had Orange and Blue day for a fundraiser at school... both of their classes were in the tp winning teams.  David's won over all.
Getting too big!
A friend sent this to Angie - she laughs everyday with Adam's hair...
Reading Buddies!
On a really hard day, after friends hurt his heart, Angie took him for a Slurpie after school... and the silly came right back.
Our little adventurer - becoming more and more brave!
These boys keep life so much fun!
