Adam worked hard on an economics unit at school which ended with a Market Day. He and a friend had to create a product to sell with only materials they could find at home or school.
They also had to have jobs to do at home to earn an income to be able to but things at Market Days.
Adam was able to earn $5 for doing chores at home. He and his friend made catapults our of popsicle sticks, bottle caps, rubber bands and foil. Adam also created a commercial, on his computer, which played on a loop to draw in the consumers.
This was definitely a fun third grade forever memory.
