Friday was a Big Day!

It is so fun to see and hear the boys becoming fast friends.  When David wakes in the morning sometimes Adam is already awake talking in his bed.  Instead of coming downstairs he will stop by Adam's room.  They lay in Adam's bed together laughing, rolling around, and giving hugs.  Then David usually comes down to tell us Adam is awake... we pretend we did not know.  Here are our two happy boys. Rise and Shine!

Since Friday ended up being another ice day for Angie and the boys David suggested  S'mores for breakfast. Angie had the fire roaring and so for a fun memory that is what happened - S'mores for breakfast.  No pictures of the boys because Adam did not eat one or really participate in the roasting of the marshmallows, he did however steal a graham cracker, and David likes to where as little clothing as possible - in this case, none.  So here is our breakfast...
Adam learned to drive Friday - here he is turning on his car...
 And driving away!
Friday Adam also began waving hi.  He has been saying Hi for a while, but now he gives a wave too.  It is pretty cure when you are across the room and he stops playing to wave!

Friday night at dinner somehow the subject of another baby came up.  David was telling us he wanted another baby - a boy baby.  We have no plans for a third baby.  Angie's response was - "only if God gives us one."  About 2 seconds later we here a deep voice saying, "YOU WILL HAVE ANOTHER BABY!"  David had a big smile as he was pretending to be God.  He knows how much he was wanted and prayed for as well as Adam so it was cute to us that he had his own version of God talking to us!

While rocking David to bed Friday night Angie was going through the events that would be happening Saturday.  Since David was Adam's age Angie always tells David what to expect the next day.  When he heard soccer was on the agenda for Saturday David said, "I will try my best and I will never give up."  He has lots of drive and determination off the field, but once we get to the game David just has more fun being three than playing the actual game of soccer.

How blessed and thankful we are to have these two healthy, happy, spunky little boys.
