Voting Day

Recently Gram and Grandad took a trip to the northeast.  The highlight of their trip was visiting Gettysburg.  That have so many interesting stories to tell about things that they learned.  While they were there they picked up the grandkids souvenir t-shirts.
We thought it was appropriate to wear them last Tuesday on voting day,

Adam did get to vote at school.  His vote was between ice cream or cookies.  He was extremely disappointed that vanilla ice cream won over cookies.  He did not take the ice cream when it was offered.

The boys came home and relaxed that evening as a cold front blew in.  Thankful for our right to vote and the freedom we have in this country.

  2. Good idea to incorporate the Gettysburg shirts for voting day. Even the freedom to vote for your favorite desert is a privilege but I know the feeling if the vote does not turn out to be chocolate! Cute loungers for chilling!
