Santa Claus Is In Town...

After a long day at work for both Angie and Greg and two boys with no naps we decided Tuesday evening would be a great time to visit Santa.  Upon driving Angie began to have second thoughts and Greg made the decision we would just press on.
As we were walking through the mall David was Shouting "Santa, Santa can you hear me?"  Many smiles and heads turned our way as we raced through to find Santa.
Upon finding Santa's Village David's eyes lit up.  There was one family in front of us.  Adam watched and smiled and giggled while David was thinking of what he would tell Santa.  When it was our turn David sped over and jumped into Santa's lap... shouting "SANTA!"  We have now won over all employee's as we do not have a crying child. David talked with Santa and then it was time for Adam to join David and Santa.

Funny how things work out.  This Santa was the first Santa David talked to three years ago and we have not seen him since.  Adam's reaction was the same as David's at this age.  He turned to Santa, looked at him and gave his cutest little grin.  Adam did grab Santa's beard and Angie had to run in and rescue Santa from Adam's death grip.
The picture does not capture the excitement David had... he was giving his "cheese" smile which for David looks like he is scared.  On our rush to get out of the house Angie forgot Adam's shoes and socks - but hey no one cried!
